16 years experience in LAN/MAN/WAN design, implementation, documentation, administration,
project management and training in both private and public (Internet) networks. Network analysis,
growth planning, programming, technical support, and budget and personnel management for
public and private sector business. Systems and telecommunications consulting, electronic
design engineer for development of after market products and accessories.

Designed, implemented and maintained diverse LAN/MAN/WAN networks and topologies, NOS’s,
mainframe environments to PC based LAN/WAN. Experience includes State of Alaska, Department

design, deployment, troubleshooting and audits.  Special emphasis on network security, disaster recovery,
wired/wireless integration and data/voice network integration.  Extensive experience with traffic shaping and
other satellite bandwidth utilization optimization and prioritization technologies.
